Warehouse Free Pick-Up

We offer free pick-up from our warehouse located at: Eurowood Warehouse, Lytton, Brisbane QLD 4178.

Pick-up is available for all products. Simply select the "Pick-Up" option at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Delivery Options

1. Local QLD Delivery, $250

We offer flat-rate local delivery of $250 within a 100km radius of our Brisbane warehouse. This service is available for Queensland metro and surrounding areas.

2. Delivery to Nearest Transport Depot, $250

We offer delivery to the closest transport depot for collection across metro areas in: QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA and ACT.

Please refer to the depot location list at the bottom of this page for your nearest collection point. Delivery to a depot is our standard delivery method for cantilever kits.

3. Delivery to Address, $425

Direct delivery to your site or business address is available for a flat fee of $425.

Please note: A forklift or suitable unloading equipment must be available on site to receive the delivery.

HIAB (Crane Truck) Delivery, Additional $600

If no forklift is available, delivery via HIAB crane truck can be arranged for an additional $600.

Metro areas only across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA and ACT.

Tasmania, Northern Territory and Regional/Rural Areas

If you are located in TAS, NT, or a regional or rural area of QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA or ACT, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability and obtain a freight quote. Additional charges will apply.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated transit time for metropolitan and regional areas is 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. Please note this is an estimated timeframe only, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as this is subject to carrier schedules and conditions outside of our control.

Delivery Restrictions
  • Delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker is not available.
  • Direct site delivery requires a forklift or HIAB arrangement. Delivery cannot proceed without suitable unloading equipment on site.
  • Delivery is available to metro areas only for direct site delivery. Contact us for regional and rural enquiries.
Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Note the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt.
  2. Email us on the same day you receive the goods with:
    • Clear photos showing the damage to the product
    • Clear photos showing any damage to the packaging

We will assess the situation and arrange replacement stock to be dispatched as soon as possible. Claims submitted after the day of delivery may not be accepted.
